PEBBLE: Practical Esoteric Brainfuck Based Language, Eh?

PEBBLE is a language I've devised which compiles into Brainfuck and C, which is somewhat useful.

One can download PEBBLE 1.0 here. It depends upon Tcl and Tcllib.
